1. Shell processing process
The process of outer pipe picking involves various steps. First, the pipes are cut to the desired length. Next, they go through bulging to create a specific shape. After bulging, the pipes are segmented and then the corners are rolled to give them a smooth finish. The next step involves reducing the size of the bottom of the pipe. Once the bottom is reduced, it is cut to achieve the desired shape. Following this, rib punching is done to create indentations on the surface of the pipe. An important step is the creation of a flat upper opening and punching holes in the bottom. This is followed by creating a flat bottom opening. To ensure quality, the pipes are thoroughly cleaned and dried. They undergo inspection and any imperfections are identified and rectified. Finally, after passing the inspection, the shells are deemed qualified.
2. Inner Shell Processing Process
First, the inner pipe is carefully selected and then cut to size. The flat pipe is then carefully shaped into the desired shape. Once the shape is achieved, the upper corner is rolled to create a smooth and seamless finish.
Next, the upper mouth is flattened and the bottom mouth is also flattened to create a perfect fit. A thread is then rolled onto the pipe for added strength and stability.
The pipe is then cleaned and dried to ensure that it is free of any debris or moisture that might affect its quality. Inspection is then done to ensure that there are no defects or imperfections.
If the pipe passes the inspection, it is butt-welded to ensure that it is firmly and securely joined. A water test is then conducted to detect any leaks or faults in the pipe.
After the water test, the pipe is dried to remove any remaining moisture before it is finally declared qualified for use as a liner. This process ensures that the liner is of the highest quality and ready for use.
3. Outer shell and inner shell assembly process
The production process involves various steps, starting with cup opening and welding ports. Then, the midsole is pressed, and the bottom is welded. Next, the welding ports and bottoms are inspected. The midsole spot welding getter is applied, followed by vacuumizing and temperature measuring. Electrolysis is carried out, and polishing is done. Another round of temperature measuring is conducted, followed by inspecting the polishing. Then, the outsole is pressed, and painting is applied. Sampling temperature inspection and painting inspection are done. Silk printing is carried out, and finally, the products are packaged and stored in the finished product warehouse.
